Sumitha Reddy – Partnerships & Investments
With a deep-rooted appreciation for heritage, Sumitha envisioned LaadBazaar.com as a platform to empower local artisans and showcase the exquisite craftsmanship of the iconic LaadBazaar to the world. Sumitha is a seasoned entrepreneur and has been instrumental in establishing various businesses in Manufacturing, Food Production, Investment’s, Food brands, Technology, Sports infrastructure, Leagues and Fashion.
Hajera Siddiqua – Operations
As a Co Founder of LaadBazaar, Hajera ensures that every piece of jewellery is carefully designed and every hand-crafted product reaches our customers with the care and quality it deserves. She also manages the current as well as planned portfolios at LaadBazaar. Hajera holds a Masters in Business Administration and has earlier worked with US based startup DineDesk and has managed sales and marketing.
Ragini Sharma – Curator of Arts & Crafts
Our eyes on the ground, Ragini works directly with master artisans at LaadBazaar. They hand-select each collection, ensuring every piece reflects the authenticity, vibrancy, and high standards of traditional craftsmanship. A alumni from National Institute of Fashion Design, Hyderabad, Ragini has mastered the art of heritage trends. She has earlier worked with several top brands in the country, managing their collection portfolios and launching new categories.
Azmath Sheriff – Digital Experience Lead
Focused on making your shopping journey seamless, Azmath manages our digital storefront, ensuring that exploring our collections is as immersive and delightful as walking through the lanes of the physical bazaar. Azmath holds Masters in Computers degree with over 25 years of expertise building technology and manufacturing solutions.
